Content, content, content. You may think that with your video marketing you need to release as much content as possible, but this is probably going to be detrimental towards your brand.
Picture this, you stumble across a potential suppliers LinkedIn page and it is filled with tens of videos every single week. These videos are effectively a brain dump pushing out any ideas they have as and when they have them. The videos are rushed and quite often incoherent.
Alternatively, you find another supplier that releases a single video every week, packed full of content that you can start putting into practice straight away. This content is thought through and contains quality information around a specific topic.
Whose content do you think is going to be more effective?
When it comes to marketing, the quality of the content you are producing is more important than the quantity of the content you are producing. Instead of creating 10 short and not very helpful videos every single week, you could put that time and energy towards creating one piece of quality content that is packed full of information that is really going to help your customers.
Not only does the quality provide more information for your customers, it also improves your brand image, allowing you to dive deeper into a topic and show the wealth of your knowledge.
Focusing on quality will also allow you to spread your content ideas out over time, It can help prevent you from feeling burnt out and running out of content ideas.
If you can put more time, care and attention into a specific topic your customers are going to benefit from, that content will be more effective than if you quickly put together the video on a whim.
The better the content you produce, the more people you will start to reach and resonate with.
