We love Davinci Resolve because it offers both a free and paid version, making it a great choice for editing videos whether you’re just getting started or a professional.

LUTs are a great tool for quickly colour grading footage, allowing you to easily get a consistent look across your videos.

So how do you install LUTS?

  1. First, open a Davicni Resolve project and click on the cog in the bottom right corner. This will open your project settings.
  2. Next, go to the colour management tab, scroll down to Lookup Tables and click on ‘Open LUT Folder’.
  3. Now you can drag and drop your LUTs into the newly opened folder. You can drag either single ‘.CUBE’ files, or a folder of them.
  4. Navigate back to Resolve and click on ‘Update Lists’, let it process then click on ‘Save’.

You have now installed your LUTs.

If you want to learn how you can use your LUTS in Davinci Resolve, please check out this guide.

We also have our own LUT pack available on our store - It comes with 6 different creative LUTs that you can use in your videos.
